Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location (within Egypt, remote areas, etc.)

Package size and weight (large dinner sets, fragile pieces)

If you have a minimum order threshold for free shipping (for example “free local shipping over X EGP”), you should state it here.
Delivery Time

Standard domestic delivery: 2-5 business days from dispatch (within Cairo/Giza).

For remote governorates it may take 5-7 business days.

For international shipping (if offered): delivery time may be 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Packaging & Fragile Items

Because many of our products are fragile (fine porcelain, crystal, luxury tableware), each package is securely packed with suitable protective materials.

Please inspect the package at delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, please refuse the delivery or sign noting “damaged package” and contact us immediately.
Tracking & Status Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping/tracking notification (email and/or SMS) with courier details.

Delivery Failures & Re-deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Egypt, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges that may apply.

Returns/Exchanges Related to Shipping

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately and follow our Returns & Exchanges process.
