Egyptian International for Trading and Supplies, (EITS), is one of the leading Egyptian companies in the field of Tableware (Chi- naware, Glassware, Flatware, etc.) After its foundation in 1987, EITS started to distribute the famous Egyptian local chinaware products of Shenni Co., which was owned by the Egyptian Government for several years. Due to the tremendous expansion in the hotel and tourist industry, EITS initiated its search for more luxurious, international brands to fulfill the increasing demand in the Egyptian market. Early in 1992, EITS signed a contract with the Asian gigantic chinaware manufacturer Royal Porcelain, Thailand, to be their sole distributor in Egypt. You can now find Royal Porcelain products in almost 90% of the international leading five star hotels and restaurant chains. Our vision from day one was to become the leading retailer for tableware in Egypt for international brands and to expand our chain of stores domestically to dictate the market whilst dominating the hospitality division and providing the highest quality of products. To keep up with our vision and standards, in 1995, we managed to introduce Libbey Glass Co., The USA’s leading glass manufacturer, to the hotel industry in Egypt, as its exclusive dealer. Libbey’s products now became a basic item on almost every table in most of the Egyptian hotel chains and in the retail sector as well.
